The Hispanic Alliance for the Performing Arts is a coalition of social, artistic, and educational organizations devoted to enlargement of cultural opportunities for the Hispanic community and other underserved groups in the city of Austin.

Bringing the arts to the Hispanic community and other underserved segments of the population in Austin as a means to promote human development and community invigoration.
Main objective
To expose underserved students and their families to the arts in order to promote social and cultural development, ensuring that Hispanics and other underserved groups are a vital part of Austin's performing arts community for generations to come.
