About us
The Hispanic Alliance for the Performing Arts is a Texas nonprofit corporation founded in 2011 to encourage and support the participation in and enjoyment of the performing arts by the Hispanic community in general, and all children and their families in underserved Central Texas communities in particular.
We are a diverse group of business, philanthropic and community leaders who share an appreciation for how the arts can unite communities and enrich lives.
Our mission is to collaborate with local performing arts organizations to bring music and other performing arts to Hispanics and other minorities in our Central Texas community, to promote long-term educational and social benefits, cultural awareness and vital community involvement.
